About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support Specialist to manage and maintain our internal systems, automations, and operational workflows. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our tech stack runs smoothly, incidents are addressed quickly, and the business can scale without being bottlenecked by technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in no-code/low-code tools like Make.com, Airtable, Pipedrive, and automation logic — who’s comfortable operating within complex system environments and can follow structured documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Make.com scenarios and integrations across Airtable, Pipedrive, LearnWorlds, Chargebee, and more.
  • Action day-to-day technical requests from the operations team (e.g. fixing broken flows, updating logic, syncing data).
  • Log and escalate system errors, outages, and manual overrides into a structured tracking system (Notion-based).
  • Follow documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent performance and accountability.
  • Support new automation builds or optimisation projects under guidance.
  • Contribute to keeping internal documentation up to date as changes are made.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Director, backend contractors) when issues exceed scope or need escalation.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in a technical operations or no-code automation support role.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
    -Make.com (Integromat)
    -Airtable
    -Pipedrive
    -Bonus: Chargebee, LearnWorlds, Slack automations
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations, webhook logic, and automation triggers.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and structured in your approach to technical problem-solving.
  • Strong written English communication skills (majority of instructions, updates, and collaboration is async).

Preferred But Not Required

  • Experience working in high-volume operations (e.g. eLearning, SaaS, betting, payments).
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience supporting Australian-based or international teams.

Independent Contractor Perks

  • HMO Coverage for eligible locations
  • Permanent work from home
  • Immediate hiring
