Our client is hiring a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead their online growth. You’ll create and manage digital campaigns that help patients across different services.

You’ll work closely with leadership to develop marketing plans that increase visibility, attract new patients, and boost engagement. This role blends creativity, technical skills, and data analysis in a meaningful healthcare setting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns for various services to drive patient leads
  • Edit and enhance content (video/images) provided by the team for use on social media
  • Design and manage targeted ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms
  • Track and analyze performance across all digital channels, offering insights for improvements
  • Coordinate marketing across multiple services: chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, counseling, and infusion
  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results
  • Portfolio showing success in SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing ad accounts with performance metrics
  • Skilled in content creation, editing, and social media management
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or allied health marketing is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
