Job Description

Embark on an exciting career in real estate as a Customer Service / Property Management Agent. In this role, you’ll be the linchpin of our client’s operations, managing a diverse portfolio of properties while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll leverage state-of-the-art technology to handle inquiries, manage listings, and ensure smooth communication between all parties. This position offers a unique blend of customer service and property management, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and develop a wide range of transferable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential renters via phone and email, showcasing properties and guiding them through the application process
  • Manage and optimize property listings across various platforms, crafting compelling ad copy and selecting eye-catching photos
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing questions about properties and rental procedures
  • Proactively follow up with clients to facilitate smooth application submissions and maintain high conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate reports on rented properties and other key metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all property management tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Continuously improve processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Enthusiasm for real estate and property management, with a willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people find their perfect home
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in common office software and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory - we value your ability to learn and grow with us
