Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialized digital recovery service where you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients reclaim their hacked social media accounts. You’ll manage multiple client cases simultaneously, following established procedures while having the autonomy to identify and implement process improvements. The role combines technical awareness with strong organizational skills, offering the perfect blend of structured work and creative problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple client account recovery cases from start to finish
- Set up new client accounts and gather essential information for the recovery process
- Follow specialized procedures and protocols to help clients regain access to their compromised accounts
- Maintain detailed case tracking and documentation using Airtable database systems
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely provision of required information
- Coordinate with legal teams when cases require legal intervention or support
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes using modern tools
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone regarding case progress and requirements
- Ensure no client cases are overlooked or delayed, maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction
- Experience with database systems, preferably Airtable or similar spreadsheet/database platforms
- Technical curiosity and familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms
- Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience or familiarity with Google and Meta/Facebook platforms (preferred but training provided)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results
- Willingness to learn specialized recovery processes and handle confidential client information
- Proactive mindset with ability to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders including legal teams
