Responsibilities

• Design and create compelling graphics and basic motion design elements for leadership development programs
• Build interactive learning experiences using industry-standard platforms like Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Collaborate closely with learning designers to transform content into engaging visual learning modules
• Develop professional business-style graphics, icons, and illustrations that enhance learning objectives
• Integrate visual assets seamlessly within learning management systems and authoring tools
• Participate in regular collaborative reviews and feedback sessions to ensure content alignment
• Adapt and scale graphics to meet various learning platform requirements and technical specifications

 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with demonstrated motion graphics capabilities
• Background or hands-on experience in learning design, learning and development, or educational content creation
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise authoring tools (essential)
• Strong skills in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms
• Experience with motion design tools like Vyond, PowToons, or comparable platforms
• Understanding of how visual elements integrate and scale within learning management systems
• Excellent collaborative communication skills with ability to work in iterative feedback cycles
• Experience creating business-focused, professional content rather than complex artistic illustrations
