  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards exceeded
  • Support various business operations and special initiatives that contribute to company growth

Requirements

  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and team members
  • Flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities ranging from administrative tasks to creative projects
  • Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours with reliable availability
