As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll help grow the business by finding potential clients, reaching out to them, and turning cold leads into sales opportunities. You’ll combine research and outreach to drive results and work closely with leadership to improve targeting and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify new leads across various industries
- Build and maintain a detailed, organized database of prospects including contact info, company data, and campaign progress
- Execute high-conversion cold email campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team, serving as a key link between marketing and sales
- Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging that resonates with ideal customer profiles
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements to increase lead quality and conversion rates
- Use lead generation platforms, CRM systems, and prospecting tools to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar) for lead and campaign management
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, prospecting methods, and email marketing best practices
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling outreach messages
- Familiarity with lead generation or sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Results-driven with a strong focus on hitting lead generation and conversion KPIs
