Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing corporate leasing business as a Real Estate Cold Caller. You’ll work with a mixture of cold and qualified leads using proven scripts to connect property owners with lucrative corporate leasing opportunities. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their sales and communication skills in a supportive environment while being part of a business that’s scaling rapidly. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company as lead volume increases from 15-20 leads per day to 50+ leads, with potential for commission-based earnings and role expansion.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners and property management companies using provided scripts and proven methodologies
- Contact homeowners with properties that have been unrented for 6+ months, presenting corporate leasing partnership opportunities
- Schedule appointments with interested prospects for follow-up consultations with business owners
- Process 15-20 qualified leads per day initially, with opportunity to scale to 50+ leads as the business grows
- Complete preparatory work including lead research, list building, and prospect qualification
- Maintain accurate call records and provide daily reporting on key metrics including calls made, appointments booked, and lead conversion rates
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to maximize appointment booking success
- Collaborate directly with business owners to optimize scripts and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 3+ years of telesales experience, preferably within the real estate industry
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone manner
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Availability to work during US business hours and time zones
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for VoIP calling systems
- Basic computer skills for lead management, CRM usage, and daily reporting
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
