We’re looking for a rockstar Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team and take our content game to the next level!

 

If you're obsessed with Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and all things content — and you know exactly how to make a clip pop with sharp editing, crisp captions, and scroll-stopping visuals — we want YOU on our team.

 

Job Highlights:

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Working Hours: 40 hours/week (with flexibility around content deadlines)
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

Video Editing

• Edit 10+ short-form content pieces per week for Instagram Reels, TikTok,
  YouTube Shorts
• Edit highlight clips, voice-over edits, and FAQ-style videos from gameplay
  footage and interviews
• Create punchy, on-brand edits using transitions, overlays, sound design, and
  captions
• Maintain high-volume turnaround while sticking to brand tone and athlete-focused
  storytelling

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  Shorts
• Write platform-appropriate captions (with support from our team for key messaging)
• Upload and format content correctly for each platform (eg. vertical, thumbnail
  selection, tagging)
• Manage basic community engagement (replying to comments, liking responses,
  DMs)
• Organize content calendar and support with post planning

Requirements:

• Excellent editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (After Effects or
  CapCut Pro a bonus)
• Proven experience editing short-form sports or lifestyle content
• Understanding of platform-specific content styles (especially Reels and TikTok trends)
• Strong organizational skills — ability to manage high-volume content turnaround
• Great written English (for caption writing and post formatting)
• Familiarity with Google Drive, scheduling tools (like Later, Buffer, or Meta Creator Studio)

Bonus If You Have:

• Sports knowledge (basketball especially)
• Motion graphics experience
• Past experience working with influencer, athlete, or creator brands
