Our client is looking for a dynamic Wholesale Sales & Partner Engagement Specialist to help grow the wholesale presence of a purpose-led health and wellness company. You’ll play a vital role in identifying B2B opportunities, building relationships with retail partners, and promoting products focused on gut health, detoxification, and digestive support. Key Responsibilities
1. Wholesale Sales & Retail Partner Engagement
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert qualified B2B leads into retail stockists
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and campaigns tailored to health food retailers, pharmacies, and practitioners
- Confidently communicate product benefits, especially around gut health and detox support
- Address product-related inquiries with in-depth knowledge of ingredients and formulations
2. Relationship Building & Client Support
- Build and maintain values-led relationships with organic grocers, pharmacies, nutritionists, and wellness professionals
- Act as the main contact during onboarding and early-stage education
- Support partners in effectively positioning products in retail and clinical environments
3. Sales Metrics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Deliver weekly reports on sales performance, conversion metrics, and feedback
- Contribute to refining scalable processes for onboarding, outreach, and reporting
- Offer ideas for outreach campaigns, retail collaborations, and in-store activations
4. Team Collaboration & Market Insight
- Share real-time partner insights with internal teams to inform operations and messaging
- Stay current on gut health trends, emerging ingredients, and competitor products in NZ
- Help shape product messaging and positioning based on market and partner feedback
Qualifications & Competencies
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wellness, supplements, or FMCG
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in natural health topics
- Ability to articulate product benefits and ingredient profiles clearly
- Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales tracking
- Highly organized, self-driven, and reliable in managing follow-ups
- Comfortable working in NZ time zones
- Proficient in British English spelling and professional communication tone

- Background in naturopathy, nutritional products, or herbal supplements is a plus
- Familiarity with NZ’s health & wellness retail landscape preferred
