Job Description
Lead comprehensive digital marketing initiatives as the strategic marketing powerhouse for a dynamic Australian agency. This all-rounder position combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, requiring someone who can analyze data, develop targeted messaging, and execute across multiple digital channels. You’ll primarily focus on optimizing the company’s own digital presence while supporting client marketing projects, working with established WordPress sites, social media channels, and analytics systems to drive visibility and growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with aggressive growth objectives
- Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to create targeted content funnels and messaging strategies
- Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats including social media posts, reels, videos, and blog articles
- Optimize WordPress website performance and implement conversion-focused funnel strategies
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms with strategic content scheduling and community engagement
- Produce and edit video content, images, and multimedia assets for various marketing channels
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and content strategy
- Support client digital marketing projects and contribute to agency service delivery when needed
Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with proven experience in data-driven marketing decision making
- Proficiency in comprehensive social media management including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Hands-on experience with WordPress optimization, content management, and website funnel implementation
- Advanced skills in video editing, image editing, and multimedia content creation
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities across multiple formats and platforms
