Job Description
Drive revenue growth as the primary sales engine for a thriving Australian agency with multiple revenue streams. You’ll be responsible for generating new business through strategic outbound calling, targeting both business clients seeking digital marketing and AI solutions, and individual consumers across various service lines. This role offers the perfect blend of established lead infrastructure and the autonomy to expand prospect lists, giving you the tools and freedom to maximize your sales potential in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns to generate new business across multiple service verticals
- Conduct strategic lead generation activities to continuously expand and optimize prospect databases
- Close deals for B2B services including digital marketing, AI development, and technology solutions
- Engage B2C prospects across various consumer-facing service lines
- Leverage existing client lists while proactively researching and developing new prospect opportunities
- Work with proprietary lead generation technology and Sales Navigator data scraping tools
- Support aggressive company scaling efforts through consistent revenue generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
- Proven track record in outbound sales with demonstrated success in cold calling and lead conversion
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments with ability to adapt messaging accordingly
- Strong lead generation skills with proficiency in prospect research and database development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for diverse client interactions
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach with comfort working in fast-paced scaling environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and lead generation platforms
