Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound calls to potential clients within the Singapore market
- Qualify and schedule appointments with decision-makers at target companies
- Manage lead pipelines and maintain detailed prospect interaction records
- Execute follow-up strategies to nurture potential opportunities
- Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and market feedback
- Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and approach strategies
- Maintain professional representation of the company in all communications
- Utilize CRM and calling systems to optimize outreach efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B appointment setting or telesales experience
- Strong English communication skills with neutral, Singaporean, or American accent strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in Singapore market outreach, particularly within the SME sector
- Professional phone presence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Understanding of technology solutions and B2B sales processes
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership
- Available during Singapore business hours
