Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to potential clients within the Singapore market
  • Qualify and schedule appointments with decision-makers at target companies
  • Manage lead pipelines and maintain detailed prospect interaction records
  • Execute follow-up strategies to nurture potential opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and market feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and approach strategies
  • Maintain professional representation of the company in all communications
  • Utilize CRM and calling systems to optimize outreach efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B appointment setting or telesales experience
  • Strong English communication skills with neutral, Singaporean, or American accent strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in Singapore market outreach, particularly within the SME sector
  • Professional phone presence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Understanding of technology solutions and B2B sales processes
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership
  • Available during Singapore business hours
