Responsibilities
- Conduct compassionate phone consultations with senior clients regarding their health insurance needs and questions
- Provide multilingual customer support in Vietnamese, Cambodian, and English to ensure clear communication
- Maintain accurate client records and track important account changes such as new enrollments and policy updates
- Perform essential bookkeeping tasks using Excel to support smooth business operations
- Monitor client payment status and provide gentle follow-up when needed
- Create and maintain organized documentation of all client interactions and transactions
- Support daily administrative functions that keep the practice running efficiently
- Serve as a cultural liaison to help bridge communication gaps with diverse senior populations
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Vietnamese and Cambodian (speaking and comprehension required)
- Basic English communication skills for documentation and internal communication
- Comfortable conducting professional phone conversations with elderly clients
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic spreadsheet management
- Previous administrative, customer service, or healthcare support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional workspace for client calls
