  • Monday to Friday; 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional outbound calls to real estate agents using carefully curated lead lists
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations about career advancement opportunities
  • Assess and qualify interested agents based on their professional goals and experience
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for follow-up conversations with the business owner
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions
  • Provide comprehensive daily reports summarizing call metrics and appointment outcomes
  • Execute systematic follow-up campaigns with prospects who were initially unavailable
  • Utilize CRM systems to track lead progression and maintain organized prospect databases
  • Collaborate with lead generation specialists to optimize targeting and messaging strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting with demonstrated success
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional, consultative phone presence
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup for remote work
  • Experience working with CRM systems and phone dialer software platforms
  • Self-motivated professional with strong ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on achieving daily call volume targets (150+ dials per day)
  • Results-driven approach with interest in performance-based commission opportunities
  • Professional demeanor suitable for engaging with established real estate professionals
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new lead generation systems and processes
