This client-facing Admin Assistant role combines receptionist duties with dedicated sales team support. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, managing communications and ensuring efficient internal coordination. Your role is essential to maintaining high-quality client experiences and supporting the sales team during this critical growth period.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team during their scaling phase
  • Manage professional communication via phone, email, and messaging channels
  • Answer and route incoming calls with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and prospects
  • Assist with CRM updates, follow-up tasks, and client communication

Requirements
