Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance pictures and videos for Instagram content creation, focusing on 1-2 high-quality posts per week initially
• Develop comprehensive social media strategy and content planning that aligns with luxury beauty brand positioning
• Research current trending designs, hashtags, and social media best practices in the beauty and entertainment space
• Conduct competitive analysis of similar businesses and beauty professionals in the celebrity/luxury market
• Create compelling captions that reflect the sophisticated, classy brand aesthetic
• Provide weekly trend reports and competitive landscape analysis to inform content strategy
• Collaborate on content calendar development and optimal posting schedules
• Offer strategic guidance for future expansion to TikTok platform

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Advanced proficiency in video and photo editing software optimized for social media platforms

• Experience with beauty, fashion, or entertainment industry content strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling and irregular client availability
