Job Description
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the operational backbone of a thriving short-term rental empire. You’ll manage the complete guest lifecycle from check-in to check-out, ensuring seamless experiences that keep guests coming back and reviews glowing. Working with state-of-the-art property management technology, you’ll coordinate multiple moving parts including guest communications, cleaning operations, and platform management across various booking channels. This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, technology management, and operational excellence, with the opportunity to take true ownership of processes and make a meaningful impact on business growth. Responsibilities
- Orchestrate daily check-ins and check-outs for a growing portfolio of premium short-term rental properties
- Manage comprehensive turnover operations ensuring properties are guest-ready between bookings
- Deliver exceptional guest communications and support throughout their entire stay experience
- Coordinate and oversee cleaning services and maintenance schedules to maintain property standards
- Master and operate 4-5 cutting-edge software systems including channel managers, pricing optimization tools, and guest communication platforms
- Manage property listings across multiple booking platforms including Airbnb to maximize visibility and bookings
- Maintain impeccable communication standards with zero tolerance for errors, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the company’s premium brand
- Collaborate directly with senior management on strategic operational initiatives
- Take full ownership of assigned processes and drive continuous improvement without requiring constant supervision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively to maintain exceptional satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Tech-savvy professional with enthusiasm for learning and mastering multiple software platforms

- Administrative background with customer service experience strongly preferred
