About the company

Do you enjoy the outdoors? Are you an enthusiast who wants to work in a place where you  can follow your personal and professional passions? This company is a well-funded startup building software for the outdoor industry. Mobile apps, SaaS platforms, services, and  websites—we’ve got it all. We thrive on sophisticated tech, honest feedback from our  users, and a passion to create the best solutions in the market.

We’re reimagining how professional guides in fishing, hunting, hiking, and more connect  with their customers—and we’re starting with fishing. As our product evolves rapidly, we’re  investing in training as a critical function to keep our teams sharp, informed, and ready to  deliver exceptional value to our customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Trainer to own and elevate the way our internal teams learn,  understand, and champion our platform. You’ll be the central hub of knowledge for Sales,  Operations, Implementations, and Customer Success—designing, delivering, and iterating  on training that drives performance and confidence across the company.

This is a remote role based in the Philippines and requires availability during U.S. daytime  hours. You’ll focus on onboarding new hires quickly and effectively while continuously  enhancing training for existing employees to ensure they stay aligned with our fast-evolving  product.

Key Responsibilities

Product Training & Curriculum Design

  • Become the in-house expert on our platform—how it works, how it helps,  and how it’s evolving.
  • Develop role-specific training programs across departments, with a strong  emphasis on new hire onboarding and sales team enablement.
  • Translate complex product updates into clear, impactful materials including  presentations, videos, knowledge base content, and job aids.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and assets with brand voice and  positioning.

Live Training Delivery & Team Enablement

  • Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing product  training for existing employees across all teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to deliver training that boosts quota attainment,  objection handling, and closing efficiency.
  • Work with Success Operations to ensure every customer-facing employee has the  tools and knowledge to provide best-in-class service.
  • Drive adoption of new features and process updates through proactive, targeted  training rollouts.

Learning Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain a scalable self-serve training system with accessible, on demand resources.
  • Keep all training materials up to date with product changes, feature enhancements,  and process updates.
  • Collect feedback and performance data to continuously improve training  effectiveness, retention, and engagement.
  • Identify training gaps and proactively develop solutions that support employee  growth and performance.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product training, sales enablement, instructional  design, or a similar role.
  • Based in the Philippines and available to work during U.S. daytime hours.
  • Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex product concepts to diverse  audiences in a remote setting.
  • Experience building self-serve content and managing learning platforms (LMS,  knowledge bases, etc.).
  • Confident facilitator, comfortable presenting to large groups in both remote and live  environments.
  • Passionate about learning and development, highly organized, and driven by results.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy building things from  scratch.

Why You’ll Love the company

  • Play a high-impact role shaping how knowledge is shared and adopted across the  company.
  • Be a key contributor in strengthening our teams through modern, high-performance  training programs.
  • Collaborate with smart, passionate people who are driven by impact.
  • Work at a mission-driven company transforming how the outdoor industry does  business.
  •  Competitive salary, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make your mark in a  rapidly growing startup.
