You’ll turn financial data into clear investor reports and help automate systems using tools like Xero, Ramp, and Zapier. As the company grows, you’ll also take on more operational responsibilities, making a real impact on efficiency and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive bookkeeping across multiple business entities using Xero accounting software
- Process and optimize transactions through Ramp expense management platform
- Clean up and reorganize historical financial data from previous bookkeeper
- Create compelling financial projections and forecasting models for commercial real estate investments
- Develop professional investor presentation materials and detailed financial reports
- Build and maintain interactive financial dashboards for real-time business performance tracking
- Generate sophisticated spreadsheets for property syndication deal analysis
- Implement process automation using Zapier or Make to eliminate manual tasks
- Establish accounting structures for new business entities
- Provide ongoing financial management for expanding commercial real estate portfolio
Requirements
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Expert-level proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Experience with Ramp or similar modern expense management platforms
- Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms (highly preferred)
- Commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferred (not residential)
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills for complex financial analysis
- Self-motivated professional who thrives working independently
- Excellent English communication skills for investor-facing materials
- Proven experience creating financial reports and investor presentations
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new software and systems
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with complete discretion
