Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Toronto, ON, Canada time)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

 

Join a growing dance studio and rehab clinic in its exciting second year of business. Serving students from 6 months to adults, the studio is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to help build its marketing foundation from the ground up. You’ll work closely with a passionate business owner who values collaboration and results. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making an immediate impact, this role is for you.

This role is perfect for a well-rounded marketer ready to take charge of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for building and running campaigns across social media, paid ads, email, and CRM systems. You'll implement marketing systems while generating leads, nurturing prospects, and helping convert them into happy customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
  • Manage social media interactions and grow community engagement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
  • Build and manage lead follow-up workflows and email nurturing sequences
  • Develop segmented email campaigns for both leads and customers
  • Oversee the full lead generation and conversion process
  • Set up and maintain CRM and email marketing systems
  • Provide monthly performance reports and data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on strategy and system development

 

Requirements

  • Proven success managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
  • Strong background in social media content creation and engagement
  • Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp preferred)
  • Expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Familiar with CRMs like Asana, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Zoho
  • Able to manage multiple marketing channels independently
  • Experience with service-based businesses is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and self-starter
  • Results-oriented with a passion for growth
