Job Description

Responsibilities
- Process and accurately enter purchase invoices into NetSuite accounting system
- Set up payment transactions in the company’s banking system with precision
- Maintain organized workflows for efficient invoice processing and payment setup
- Handle multi-language transaction data (including Chinese content) with attention to detail
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Singapore-based approval team for payment processing
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial entry tasks
- Support the company’s transition to expanded remote operations through reliable performance
Requirements
- Proven experience with NetSuite accounting software (essential)
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Comfortable processing transactions in multiple languages (translation not required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
- Flexibility to coordinate work schedule with Singapore time zone as needed
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
