Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive email communications and client correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
  • Navigate and utilize Connect Team scheduling software to coordinate internal operations and appointments
  • Work within the established HubSpot CRM system, leveraging pre-built templates and streamlined processes for maximum efficiency
  • Create engaging social media content using ChatGPT and company-provided images, developing and executing strategic content plans
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure continuous business operations during peak activity periods
  • Participate in weekly social media planning sessions to align content strategy with business objectives
  • Handle general administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of both cleaning and laundry divisions

Requirements
