This remote appointment setting position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for property owners in the thriving mobile home park and RV park investment sector. You’ll work with state-of-the-art batch dialer technology to connect with potential sellers, using your communication skills to build rapport and set qualified appointments for the investment team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners using advanced batch dialer system with pre-loaded lead lists
- Engage prospects in natural, conversational discussions about their mobile home park and RV park properties
- Follow proven scripts while maintaining a personable, consultative approach rather than aggressive sales tactics
- Set qualified appointments in the team’s calendar for interested property owners
- Leave targeted, professional voicemails for prospects who don’t answer calls
- Communicate immediately with the investment team via WhatsApp when live prospects are engaged
- Send follow-up appointment confirmation emails with relevant property background information
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with business owners to review performance and adapt approaches for different markets
- Track and report call activity, appointment conversion rates, and lead quality metrics
Requirements
- 2-3 years of telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales experience (open to driven candidates with less experience)
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, easy-to-understand speech and professional phone presence
- Natural conversational ability with a personable, consultative approach rather than high-pressure sales style
- Strong ability to follow directions and scripts while maintaining authentic, engaging conversations
- Comfortable learning and working with technology platforms and dialer software systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate lead tracking and follow-up processes
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
- Flexibility to adapt calling schedules based on different time zones and business priorities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with team leadership
