This is an exciting opportunity to become the creative voice behind a multi-faceted hospitality business’s social media presence. You’ll craft engaging content that showcases everything from cozy cabin retreats and glamping experiences to spectacular seasonal festivals and wedding celebrations. Working with established systems and organized asset libraries, you’ll have the creative freedom to tell compelling stories across multiple platforms while promoting unique guest experiences. This role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to market truly special experiences that create lasting memories for guests.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule daily social media posts across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google using integrated CRM systems
- Develop weekly promotional content highlighting available cabin rentals and glamping opportunities
- Craft engaging posts for seasonal events, festivals, and special celebrations throughout the year
- Manage Facebook event pages and create buzz around upcoming experiences
- Write compelling captions and post copy that captures the magic of each season and experience
- Source and organize visual content from curated photo and video libraries
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM system to efficiently distribute content across all social platforms simultaneously
- Promote ongoing event calendars and seasonal programming to drive bookings
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for video content initiatives
- Engage with online communities and respond to guest interactions across platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling across multiple platforms
- Strong writing skills with ability to create engaging, brand-appropriate captions and posts
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience highly preferred)
- Basic graphic design capabilities using Canva or similar design tools
- Experience in hospitality, events, or vacation rental marketing is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational skills for managing seasonal content and event promotion timelines
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while following creative direction
- Understanding of social media best practices and community engagement strategies
- Flexibility to adapt to seasonal business cycles and varying content needs throughout the year
