Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be the vital first connection point for digital agency owners seeking growth and transformation. You’ll work exclusively with warm leads who have already expressed interest in proven coaching programs, using your creativity and relationship-building skills to qualify prospects and schedule them for life-changing conversations. The role offers tremendous variety as you’ll utilize multiple communication channels including phone, email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp to connect with prospects in their preferred way. You’ll have the freedom to develop innovative approaches while contributing to modest but meaningful growth targets of helping 3 new agency owners per week begin their transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Qualify incoming warm leads through strategic multi-channel outreach including phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media platforms
- Connect with digital agency owners who have submitted inquiries or engaged with marketing campaigns, assessing their fit for coaching programs
- Schedule 10-12 qualified prospects weekly on the sales team calendar for consultation calls
- Reactivate and nurture relationships with prospects in various pipeline stages to prevent deals from going cold
- Master multiple communication platforms including GoHighLevel CRM, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS systems, and email campaigns
- Maintain detailed prospect interaction records and qualification status to ensure seamless handoffs
- Develop creative and personalized approaches to reach prospects through their preferred communication methods
- Collaborate with the team to consistently achieve weekly appointment targets while maintaining high-quality prospect standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or lead qualification with demonstrated success in relationship building
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels including phone, email, SMS, and social media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel or similar customer relationship management tools
- Strong independent work ethic with ability to take initiative and develop creative solutions for prospect engagement
- Understanding of digital marketing and agency business models strongly preferred
- Natural persistence and conviction in following up with prospects while maintaining professionalism
- Comfortable working with international clients across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup for seamless remote work
- Ability to work Philippines timezone hours to align with Australian business operations while serving global markets
