Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing travel franchise where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting business expansion and operational excellence. You’ll work directly with the business owner in a dynamic environment that combines traditional travel services with cutting-edge pet travel solutions and e-commerce product lines. You’ll be instrumental in managing customer relationships, conducting strategic research, and supporting the operational backbone of an innovative travel company that’s defining new market niches.
Responsibilities
- Master and manage the Cruise Control CRM system to support travel franchise operations and client relationships
- Conduct strategic research on business expansion opportunities including pet insurance partnerships, supplier identification, and market analysis
- Execute purchasing and sourcing operations through international platforms like Alibaba and Made in China for unique products including voice-recording stuffed animals, premium luggage, and pet travel accessories
- Coordinate and manage executive calendar and scheduling to optimize business operations
- Provide comprehensive follow-through support on travel bookings and client services to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate using ClickUp project management platform to streamline workflows and eliminate communication bottlenecks
- Support multi-site website management across Squarespace platforms and integrated landing pages
- Handle receptionist duties including professional phone interactions and outbound calling as the role evolves
- Drive various administrative initiatives that directly support the growth and success of the travel franchise
Requirements
- Proven track record in administrative support with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and research capabilities for supplier evaluation and market intelligence gathering
- Hands-on experience with online purchasing platforms, particularly international supplier networks
- Quick learner with ability to rapidly master new CRM systems and business software platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management
- Professional communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions and phone-based customer service
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in remote work environments with minimal supervision
- Adaptable team player comfortable with diverse responsibilities in a fast-growing business environment
- Proficiency with web-based tools and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
