Responsibilities
- Manage multiple email accounts and inboxes across different platforms with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate complex calendar scheduling balancing work commitments, volunteer activities, and family obligations
- Execute targeted LinkedIn engagement campaigns, identifying and connecting with specific prospect criteria
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for both business and personal trips
- Organize family scheduling and coordinate children’s activities with professional commitments
- Maintain and organize contact databases for special events and seasonal communications
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across Google Workspace and Apple ecosystem platforms
- Support coordination of charitable and volunteer project initiatives
- Handle vendor and client communications via phone using provided systems
- Assist with special projects and event planning as needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven administrative assistant experience with strong references
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Gmail management
- Experience with Apple ecosystem tools (iCloud, iCal, Reminders) preferred
- Demonstrated LinkedIn platform knowledge and professional engagement experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working UK/Europe timezone hours (flexible scheduling available)
- Discretion and trustworthiness for handling confidential information and personal accounts
- Ability to manage both professional and personal administrative tasks seamlessly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
