Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to Medicare prospects using a proven, easy-to-follow script
- Schedule Medicare plan review appointments by offering convenient morning or evening time slots
- Engage in brief 2-3 minute qualification conversations to ensure prospects are good fits
- Ask simple qualifying questions about current Medicare/Medicaid status, insurance coverage, and employment
- Maintain consistent appointment flow to keep the broker’s calendar filled with qualified prospects
- Work efficiently with pre-purchased, high-quality lead lists provided by the company
- Focus exclusively on appointment setting while the broker handles all sales meetings
- Contribute to helping seniors access better Medicare benefits and healthcare savings
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural, conversational tone
- Comfortable making outbound calls consistently throughout the workday
- Basic familiarity with insurance or Medicare concepts (preferred but not required)
