Responsibilities

• Create professional solar project proposals by integrating aerial photography, technical specifications, and system requirements into standardized templates
• Perform data analysis using Excel to calculate project feasibility, energy improvement percentages, and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial solar installations - training can be provided
• Manage financial operations including expense tracking and data input into Australian bookkeeping systems
• Handle client communications and email correspondence to support business development efforts
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations featuring project data, technical specifications, and business proposals
• Support multiple business entities within the company portfolio as workload and opportunities expand
• Prepare detailed initial proposals for executive review and client presentation
• Maintain organized project databases and client interaction records to support business growth

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail and professional writing ability
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with demonstrated data analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Technical aptitude and intelligence to quickly understand systematic processes and business workflows
