Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to warehouse managers to secure high-quality appointments
• Manage scheduling systems and coordinate calendars with accuracy
• Handle reception duties and deliver excellent customer service
• Keep detailed records in CRM systems to track appointment progress
• Engage with clients through calls and written communication
• Convert prospects into scheduled appointments that drive growth
• Handle objections professionally and turn them into opportunities

 

Requirements

• Proficiency with scheduling and calendar management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems for tracking appointments and leads
• Clear, professional phone presence with excellent English
• Ability to multitask between appointment setting and reception tasks
• Strong objection handling and phone communication skills
