Your mission:
- Drive revenue growth through paid media
- Build and optimize high-converting ad funnels
- Maximize ROAS while keeping CAC on target
- Launch and improve campaigns using data insights
Responsibilities
Paid Ad Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Launch and scale lead-gen and conversion campaigns focused on revenue
- Manage retargeting, lookalike, and custom audiences
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bids
- Optimize funnels from ad click to conversion (landing pages, CTAs, follow-ups)
Performance & Attribution
- Track ROAS, CAC, LTV, cost per lead, conversion rate, and pipeline value
- Use GA4, UTM tracking, HubSpot/Salesforce, and ad platforms for revenue attribution
- Analyze results and iterate quickly to stay profitable
Budget & Strategy
- Manage monthly ad budgets of $10K–$50K+
- Develop strategies based on platform, product, and audience
- Align campaigns with product launches, promos, or pricing updates
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Success managing $10K+/month budgets with 3x+ ROAS
- Strong in ad funnels, audience segmentation, tracking, and attribution
- B2B (LinkedIn) and D2C (Meta) campaign experience
- Ability to write ad copy and collaborate on creatives
- Skilled with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Salesforce
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns independently
