- Master the salon’s booking software to efficiently schedule, modify, and manage client appointments
- Respond promptly and professionally to client text messages throughout the day
- Learn and confidently communicate the complete service menu to help clients choose the perfect treatments
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a client-first approach that exceeds expectations
- Handle appointment changes and scheduling requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain warm, friendly, and professional communication in all client interactions
- Complete administrative tasks and support salon operations during quieter periods
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional verbal and written abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist work, or client-facing roles
- Strong typing skills with proper grammar and attention to detail for text communications
- Quick learner who can master new booking software and memorize service offerings
- Willingness and availability to work during PST business hours
- Professional phone manner with a natural ability to make clients feel valued
