Job Description

This exciting dual-role opportunity combines financial expertise with customer service excellence, making you a cornerstone of both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage essential bookkeeping functions while serving as the vital first point of contact for customers, utilizing multiple software systems to provide immediate solutions and seamless service experiences. Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive bookkeeping tasks including bi-weekly payment processing and financial record management
  • Serve as primary customer contact point, responding to inquiries via email and website messaging systems
  • Intelligently route customer communications to appropriate departments (service installation, sales, logistics)
  • Utilize logistics software to provide real-time delivery tracking and shipment status updates
  • Access inventory management systems to deliver instant stock availability information to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries independently when possible, demonstrating problem-solving excellence
  • Manage diverse administrative tasks requiring advanced computer skills and software proficiency

Requirements

  • Proven bookkeeping experience with strong financial processing capabilities
  • Exceptional computer skills and ability to quickly master multiple software platforms
  • Outstanding written communication skills for professional customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate complex software systems efficiently
  • Previous experience with inventory or logistics systems highly valued
  • Customer service background preferred for seamless client relationship management
  • Sporting or fitness background strongly preferred for optimal cultural alignment and industry understanding
