Scope

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to individual property owners from provided lists
- Conduct introductory conversations to gauge seller interest and motivation
- Determine if property owners are looking to sell currently or in the future
- Gather and document key information about potential selling timelines
- Take detailed notes from each conversation for handoff to you
- Explain your real estate services during calls
- Set up appointments or meetings on your calendar when appropriate
- Log all call activities and outcomes in the designated system
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills for phone-based conversations
- Ability to conduct professional introductory calls with property owners
- Note-taking and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn about real estate services and processes
- Comfortable making approximately 100 calls per week
- Ability to work with international dialing systems
- Trainable and coachable attitude for learning your specific approach
