Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Kajabi-savvy administrative professional to become the operational backbone of a growing coaching business. You’ll be the go-to person for all platform management needs, ensuring smooth daily operations while the business owner focuses on content creation and client impact. This role offers the perfect blend of technical platform expertise and meaningful work that directly supports a mission-driven business. Responsibilities
- Manage all Kajabi platform administrative functions with quick turnaround times
- Create and edit landing pages to support marketing campaigns and course launches
- Update product pricing and course configurations as business needs evolve
- Execute mass email campaigns and communications through the Kajabi system
- Add and organize new content and resources across platform pages
- Oversee Kajabi community management including member interactions and engagement
- Handle general administrative tasks that support smooth business operations
- Assist with booking management and scheduling coordination
- Create and distribute blog content through the platform
- Provide same-day or next-day completion on urgent platform modifications
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Kajabi platform (this is essential)
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quick decision-making
- Excellent attention to detail for platform management and content organization
- Reliable internet connection and flexibility to work during UK business hours when needed
- Experience with online course platforms and community management preferred
- Basic understanding of email marketing and digital content distribution
