Job Description

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer emails and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Process invoices accurately and manage billing-related administrative tasks
- Operate and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems for seamless transaction processing
- Track and update shipping information, ensuring customers stay informed about their orders
- Upload and manage product data across various business systems and platforms
- Handle RMS (Retail Management System) operations to maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor e-commerce orders from placement through fulfillment
- Support the operations team with general administrative tasks that free up their time for specialized work
- Utilize ChatGPT and other tools to streamline business processes
- Work within the Neto by Maropost e-commerce platform for daily operations and order management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or virtual assistance roles
- Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms, with Neto by Maropost experience being a significant advantage (not required)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in email management and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems and order processing workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup
- Interest in or knowledge of optical equipment, tactical gear, or shooting sports is a valuable bonus
