Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team as a key content creation partner, managing social media strategies for multiple franchise clients while supporting our agency’s own growth initiatives. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic impact, where you’ll develop engaging content that drives real business results for franchise businesses. You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with our team, creating scalable content solutions that serve multiple markets and help establish our agency as a leader in franchise social media marketing. Responsibilities
- Create compelling social media content and creative materials for multiple franchise clients using industry-leading management tools
- Develop adaptable posts and graphics that can be effectively utilized across different geographic markets and client locations
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day social media operations focused on driving measurable sales increases and customer traffic
- Produce original visual content including graphic design and video editing for diverse franchise client accounts
- Support and enhance the agency’s own social media presence to attract new clients and showcase our success stories
- Implement proven social media marketing strategies that boost client engagement, reach, and conversion rates
- Coordinate strategic content scheduling and posting across multiple client accounts for maximum impact
- Work independently while maintaining regular communication and collaboration with the agency leadership team
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Specialist with strong content creation and strategy development capabilities
- Proficient graphic design skills and hands-on video editing experience using professional tools and software
- Deep understanding of social media marketing strategies, platform best practices, and current digital trends
- Experience working with social media management tools and platforms to efficiently manage multiple accounts
- Proven ability to work independently while successfully managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities
- Excellent English communication skills for professional client-facing interactions and content creation
- Previous experience working with franchise businesses, multi-location brands, or similar business models strongly preferred
