Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible during business hours (AEST)

About the Company

Our client is a growing professional services company with multiple business interests and property investments. They are seeking a reliable, skilled Personal Assistant who can help keep everything organized while also managing their social media presence.

The ideal candidate can handle both traditional admin tasks and social media management. You’ll work directly with the Director to ensure business operations run smoothly while creating and managing content across social platforms — particularly LinkedIn.

 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (LinkedIn focus)

  • Create engaging posts and content that build our professional brand
  • Design simple graphics and visuals for posts
  • Schedule posts and engage with our network
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Grow our LinkedIn following through strategic engagement

Administrative Support

  • Manage multiple email accounts and calendars
  • Organize meetings and appointments
  • Handle property management tasks (e.g., insurance renewals, expense tracking)
  • Maintain organized digital files and records
  • Coordinate between different business entities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

General Business Support

  • Take on special projects as needed
  • Conduct research tasks and competitor analysis
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries
  • Support business development activities

 

Requirements

Essential

  • 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong social media skills, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Experience creating social media content and basic graphic design
  • Excellent written English communication
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and social media platforms
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Property management or real estate experience
  • Experience working with business owners or entrepreneurs
  • Understanding of professional services industries
