Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, maintaining the personal touch that sets the business apart
- Coordinate meetings and communications between team members, clients, and external partners
- Take detailed meeting minutes and maintain organized, accessible records
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate requirements for third-party service providers
- Curate video content and marketing materials by reviewing footage and identifying high-quality segments
- Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with external marketing specialists
- Assist with sales activities and customer relationship management to drive business growth
- Handle invoicing, basic financial administration, and customer billing processes
- Maintain overall business organization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Develop and document comprehensive business processes to create systematic, scalable operations
- Provide strategic administrative support that enables the business owners to focus on growth and service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in phone-based customer interactions
- Strong organizational abilities with experience in administrative coordination
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Monday.com
- Self-motivated with some level of creativity and the ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment
- Experience with process documentation and systematic approaches to business operations
- Adaptability and flexibility to evolve with changing business needs
