Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Part-Time Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in connecting qualified dental practice owners with game-changing AI technology. In this exciting position, you’ll be the crucial link between our successful marketing campaigns and client conversions, focusing on high-value consultative sales that directly impact dental practices’ growth and success. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in our innovative solutions, making your role focused on nurturing relationships and closing deals rather than cold prospecting. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads who have engaged with our email marketing campaigns
- Present compelling lead magnets including free website audits and digital scorecards to interested prospects
- Schedule and book high-value consultation calls with qualified dental practice decision-makers
- Follow proven sales scripts and processes while utilizing our comprehensive CRM tools and tracking systems
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic questions about AI-powered website solutions tailored for dental practices
- Maintain detailed call outcomes and prospect notes in shared tracking systems for team collaboration
- Focus on converting qualified prospects into strategy calls that lead to paying client relationships
- Execute voice-based follow-up strategies and closing techniques while our marketing team handles initial outreach
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills with near-native fluency in both spoken and written English, demonstrating confidence when engaging with U.S.-based clients
- Proven track record of 5-10 years in B2B outbound sales, including cold calling, lead qualification, and deal closing experience
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools, including experience with Google Sheets and similar tracking platforms
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present offers and secure consultation bookings
- Basic understanding of website automation, digital solutions, or technology products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Commitment to a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 4-7 hours of focused work daily
