Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in the front line of business development for a thriving global events company. You’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential exhibitors through strategic LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns, qualifying prospects who could benefit from exhibition opportunities, and scheduling high-value meetings for the sales team. This position offers the excitement of working with diverse businesses across multiple industries while contributing directly to the success of internationally recognized trade shows. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and be part of a growing team where your outreach efforts have measurable impact on company growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospecting and outreach to potential exhibitors using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Craft personalized messages and follow-up emails to decision makers at target companies across various industries
- Focus outreach efforts on businesses in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and other key regional markets
- Qualify prospects and generate genuine interest in exhibiting at upcoming international trade shows
- Schedule and coordinate calendar meetings for sales team members to pitch exhibition opportunities
- Maintain organized tracking of all outreach activities and prospect interactions
- Adapt templated messaging to create personalized communications for different prospect types
- Collaborate closely with assigned sales team members to manage calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts
- Meet established KPIs and performance targets consistent with in-house team standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B outreach strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, systems, and messaging approaches
- Excellent written communication skills for professional LinkedIn messaging and email correspondence
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and calendar management tools
- Creative thinking ability to adapt messaging approaches while maintaining professional standards
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently while consistently meeting performance targets
- Must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Singapore time
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-up sequences
