Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to support a growing health and wellbeing organization while developing diverse administrative and digital marketing skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive membership databases, attendance records, and participant administration
  • Upload and organize website resources including educational materials, recordings, and learning content
  • Coordinate participant feedback surveys from distribution through follow-up communications
  • Execute social media promotion strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter platforms
  • Engage with local community groups, women’s networks, and mothers’ organizations through targeted outreach
  • Create compelling graphics and promotional materials for marketing campaigns
  • Handle professional client-facing email communications and correspondence
  • Perform streamlined bookkeeping tasks including expense categorization and project tracking
  • Support the development of innovative online access programs for remote participants
  • Contribute to grant application processes through data collection and feedback analysis

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (due to organizational safeguarding requirements and compliance regulations)
  • Availability during UK morning hours (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
  • Proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, and database administration
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently
