Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Appointment Setter to spearhead our client acquisition efforts through authentic, personalized outreach campaigns. This role offers the exciting opportunity to help drive business growth by connecting with potential clients through strategic email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. This position offers excellent growth potential, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and contribute to the company’s continued expansion in the competitive digital marketing space.

 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound sales and appointment setting, with excellent English communication skills suitable for both written and voice interactions. They are highly independent, self-motivated, and focused on achieving measurable results without requiring close supervision. Proficiency in sending bulk emails, executing email marketing strategies, and leveraging automation and email flows is essential, along with experience in LinkedIn outreach. The candidate should also be skilled in using CRMs and project management tools like Nifty while demonstrating strong writing skills to craft compelling messages. A solid ability to research prospects, streamline outreach processes rounds out the profile, with the potential for full-time advancement based on performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns through email and website contact forms to generate qualified appointments
  • Craft authentic, personalized messages that engage prospects and don’t sound automated or generic
  • Conduct strategic research to identify and qualify potential prospects for the agency’s web development, SEO, and marketing services
  • Leverage LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation activities
  • Schedule high-quality appointments between qualified prospects and the business owner
  • Utilize and adapt to various CRM systems (platform flexibility based on business needs)
  • Collaborate in developing and refining outbound sales processes and procedures
  • Track and report on outreach activities and appointment conversion rates

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and appointment setting with demonstrable results
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation for potential voice interactions
  • Strong ability to work independently without constant supervision or micromanagement
  • Proficiency in email marketing strategies and LinkedIn outreach techniques and proficiency in sending out bulk emails using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of email flows and automation strategies commonly used in sales development and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using project management software — Nifty experience preferred — for task management and time tracking.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (specific platform experience flexible)
  • Exceptional writing skills to create engaging, authentic messages that capture attention
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to research and identify quality prospects effectively
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems for internal and external communication.
  • Ability to design and execute efficient outreach processes without relying heavily on manual, time-consuming tasks.
