Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and social media management. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive online growth, engage audiences, and support sales initiatives. This is a dynamic, remote opportunity for a bilingual (Spanish/English) marketing professional with experience in content creation, paid advertising, SEO, and campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth
- Manage and grow social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns and monitor performance (for advanced candidates)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings
- Create compelling, brand-aligned content for various social platforms
- Conduct community engagement and collaborate with influencers
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address marketing-related customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and campaign performance
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaign strategy
