Job Description

We’re looking for an Inventory and Supply Chain Manager to take complete ownership of our inventory operations and supplier relationships. This role combines analytical thinking with operational excellence, managing everything from raw material procurement to finished product inventory tracking. You’ll coordinate with our manufacturing team, maintain compliance with industry standards, and optimize supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets tracking monthly product sales volumes and inventory levels
• Coordinate production planning with manufacturing team based on sales data and inventory needs
• Manage all supplier communications and correspondence for packaging, raw materials, and supplies
• Track and record all purchase orders with detailed documentation of specifications and delivery timelines
• Monitor shipping tracking for all inbound orders across multiple carriers (DHL, UPS, etc.)
• Ensure proper receipt verification and counting of all inbound inventory shipments
• Review and verify laboratory test results for heavy metals, potency, and toxins to ensure compliance
• Post approved lab results to company website and maintain compliance documentation
• Follow up with suppliers regarding failed lab tests or quality issues requiring resolution
• Maintain electronic records of all purchasing, receiving, and compliance activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing manual processes

Requirements

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with proven attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet management capabilities for complex data tracking
• Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain operations
• Ability to learn and understand basic laboratory result interpretation for compliance purposes
• Excellent written communication skills for professional supplier correspondence
• Experience with logistics coordination and tracking systems
• Understanding of quality control processes and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with leadership
• Long-term commitment and interest in growing with the company
• Comfort working in the cannabis/hemp industry with understanding of regulatory requirements
