They’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support their expanding portfolio. You’ll manage finances for both long-term rentals and short-term stays using cloud-based tools. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping for multiple properties using QuickBooks Online
- Manage financial records across guaranteed rental agreements and short-term lets
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and property-level tracking
- Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and property performance analysis
- Support financial organization and process improvement as the company scales
- Collaborate on establishing robust financial systems to support growth
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and cloud-based accounting systems
- Property management, rental business, or hospitality accounting experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple property accounts
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
