Job Description
Lead strategic paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for a premium wellness business experiencing explosive growth. You’ll manage advertising across Google and social media platforms, combining technical expertise with creative strategy to reach health-conscious consumers seeking transformative wellness experiences. Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns including comprehensive keyword research and strategic budget allocation
- Manage Google Business Profile optimization and provide insights through Google Analytics reporting
- Create and optimize high-converting social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance continuously and make data-driven adjustments to targeting and budgets
- Handle both Google advertising and social media paid advertising with integrated strategy approach
- Provide detailed campaign reporting and actionable performance insights to drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven track record with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile management
- Strong experience in social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Expertise in keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and maximize ROI
- Experience with campaign setup, monitoring, and continuous optimization
- Independent work style with ability to work autonomously while delivering results
- Understanding of lead generation strategies for service-based businesses, preferably in wellness/health sector
