Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the growth and optimization of digital marketing efforts for a well-established beauty and wellness media brand. You’ll work directly with an experienced founder to enhance social media presence, streamline sales processes, and support the transition from purely sponsored content revenue to diversified audience monetization strategies. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on a mature brand while developing your skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing automation within the thriving beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms with keen attention to brand aesthetics and audience engagement
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters and automated email sequences
- Support sales process optimization and lead management using CRM platforms like HubSpot or GoHighLevel
- Assist with streamlining sponsored content workflows and brand partnership processes
- Collaborate on content creation and distribution strategies to maximize audience reach
- Help develop audience conversion initiatives and sales funnel optimization
- Work directly with the founder on implementing digital marketing strategies and growth initiatives
- Support the transition from sponsored content model to direct audience monetization
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management with demonstrable results
- Strong visual eye and aesthetic sense, particularly within the beauty and wellness industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel from a user perspective
- Email marketing expertise including newsletter creation, campaign management, and automation sequences
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of beauty and wellness trends and industry best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to maintain brand voice and tone
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while following specific brand guidelines
- Experience with content creation tools and social media best practices across multiple platforms
- Ability to take creative direction while bringing innovative ideas to enhance social media presence
