Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct 100-125 strategic outbound calls daily to qualified prospects across central and eastern Pennsylvania
- Schedule high-quality appointments for both traditional communications services and specialized MSP/IT solutions
- Utilize company-provided voicemail templates and email sequences for professional follow-up campaigns
- Maintain detailed activity records and results in the client’s CRM system
- Balance appointment volume goals for communications services while being selective for MSP opportunities
- Execute established sales processes and scripts tailored to different service offerings
- Target diverse industries including municipalities, manufacturing facilities, and CMMC-compliant organizations
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven appointment setting experience with demonstrable success metrics
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment quotas through phone outreach
- Quick learner capable of understanding basic concepts across two distinct service lines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and VoIP/phone system technology
- Excellent communication skills for engaging decision-makers across various industries and organizational levels
- Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently in a remote environment
